The secret place where experienced CTOs, VPs, and Directors of Tech go to exchange insights with real senior peers (no start-ups allowed):

Tech Mastery Unconference

September 15th 10:00 - 18:00 | Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Learn what makes this event different:

“Wait… you too?”

You might feel lonely at the top of Tech leadership.

You. Are. Not.
There are MANY experienced people like you, and you’d be surprised how many are willing to share.

In the past years I’ve been priviliged to work with groups where we tackled subjects like:

  • Effective tech strategy
  • Better communication
  • Coping with a commercial CEO
  • Improving Tech Leads
  • Handling the jerk that keeps your code hostage,

and much MUCH more.

We were able to do this because we had experienced tech leaders in a room where we agreed on confidentiality.

That’s EXACTLY what we’re bringing to this event as well. It’s why we have no sponsors and why limit to 150 people max.
If that sounds like your type of event, read on…

What is an UNconference?
A space where the most experienced masters exchange playbooks.
A place where we know courses and presentations are not the answer, but real interactions with smart experiences peers is what we need.

No fluff.
No theory.
Just real insights for navigating leadership at the highest level.

Amazing people stood up to host the break-outs:
* ex-military
* former Meta, Unity, Adyen, etc.
* someone who rebuild parts of eBay
* a CTO who scaled 6 businesses

They didn’t write any books (yet?),
because they were too busy actually leading teams to success.

Our rules:

150 people MAX

When groups get too big attention drifts and a certain barrier starts to appear between audience and speaker/moderator. We keep this intimate with a hard max, which we split into subgroups after the keynote.

Authentic & Interactive

Ever been to a 'look at how cool I am' talk? Just shallow stories about successes? That is not our forte, we like to keep it real, so all our speakers will share authentic stories and guide interaction. This way everything is connected to real life examples on challenges most of recognize (impactful tech leadership, focussed strategy, effectively communicating with others, keeping your calendar under control, and more)

No Sponsors

You're coming out to learn, have fun, and connect with other tech people. Here you can grow, learn & reflect without distraction.

Hi ,

I’d like to request approval to attend the Tech Mastery Unconference 2025 on Leadership. Ticket prices start at €399 (excl. VAT). This event is on September 15th 2025 in Amsterdam at the Tolhuistuin. It will feature top industry experts. I expect to update my knowledge while getting practical tips we can implement immediately. This should positively influence tech, strategy, and innovation.

What’s the ROI?
The Unconference will make us better — because I’ll get access to knowledge I can use to tackle CTO challenges faster and better.
It’ll help me avoid missteps and stay sharp. Here’s why:

1. The sessions are interactive and connect me to >70 years of CTO experience.
2. The host has worked with 200 tech orgs this year — and he’s sharing what actually works.
3. The agenda is crowdsourced (so it’s highly relevant), and the event is sponsor-free — no sales pitches.

Please let me know if you need any further details.

Kind Regards
