1. Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket to any event hosted by Group Effort B.V., you agree to these terms and conditions. Tickets are valid only for the event for which they are purchased and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customer Cancellation:
Cancellations up to 30 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus a €25 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event. - Event Cancellation or Changes:
In the rare case that Group Effort must cancel or reschedule the event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event. We are not responsible for costs related to travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
3. Liability Waiver
Participation is at your own risk. Group Effort B.V. and its representatives are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the event, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
4. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Attendees who violate this policy may be removed from the event without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content presented at the event, including talks, workshops, and materials, is the intellectual property of Group Effort B.V. or its speakers and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
6. Privacy and Data Use
By registering, you agree that we may store your data for ticketing, event updates, and communication related to the event. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Photography and Recording
Events may be recorded or photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness for promotional purposes unless you inform us in writing before the event.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
